This website serves two purposes. First, to showcase our custom passion projects, located in “Shop”. The second is to offer our services as a custom woodworking and fabrication shop, found in “About Us”. Please let us know how we can help your design visions come to life.

As a child, playing in the woods, walking the family farm, or rowing familiar shores, I’ve always been connected to nature. If I wasn’t outside, my nose was buried in an Architectural Digest, dreaming of my own minimalist spaces. Truly inspired by nature, influenced by art, these Studio works reveal my passion for the hollow wooden form. Through these incredible works, I invite you to join me in seeing wood differently. A log’s outer shape, the growth rings, a tree’s response to injury or invading insects. Shaving the bark off, revealing the colors and other surprises hidden while the tree was standing, is very satisfying, as I aim to preserve every bump, nubbin and fissure.

Once these urban trees are felled, find their way to Ingrain Studio, it is truly a privilege to create their next life as a beautiful work of functional art. While it is my honor presenting them here, they’d certainly look and live better in your home or professional space.
